马耀斌，厦门大学海洋生物学博士，特聘副教授，硕士生导师。近年来围绕海洋经济贝类遗传育种及水产动物新型配合饲料开发展开研究。曾先后参与国家重点研发计划“重要养殖贝类种质创制与规模化制种”、国自然联合基金“皱纹盘鲍食物转化率性状遗传解析及其分子育种基础研究”等项目，近5年以第一作者身份发表SCI论文8篇。
