罗玉衡,女,博士,教授,博士生导师,四川省学术和技术带头人后备人选、雅州百千英才“科技菁英”,入选中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会理事、中国饲料工业协会生物饲料技术委员会委员、中国微生物学会终身会员,长期从事猪营养教学研究和人才培养工作,主持国家自然科学基金项目、四川省自然科学基金项目、四川省国际交流合作计划等项目20余项,研究领域为营养与肠道微生物、生物饲料开发与应用、益生菌株挖掘与应用,系统描绘了猪肠道微生物群落结构;揭示了特定微生物对宿主健康和生长性能的影响机制;形成了特定饲料原料的生物发酵技术工艺;构建了猪源益生菌菌株库,为实现生猪健康、高效养殖提供了新思路和技术,在此基础上获省部级科技奖励4项、学会和行业奖励3项;发表学术论文200余篇,其中SCI收录论文100余篇;授权国家专利8件、国际专利2件;参编专著/教材4部;截止2024年培养毕业研究生7届,指导在读博士和硕士研究生12人。
