现我们的客户急需招聘“Swine Scientist”1名,具体要求如下：
Reports to: Head ofAnimalNutritionCenter
Direct reports: 1-2 technician
Purpose
1. To work as a scientist with special focus on the animal nutrition and health especially related to swine to build up a good academic reputation with scientific researches atinternational standards.
2. To support the setting-up of astate-of-art ANH R&D centerespecially lab during its construction period.
Job Content:
1. Key Areas of Accountability / Responsibility
1) To conduct research works at international standards and build up academic reputation for the center with solid studies;
2) To execute global ANH innovation pipeline R&D swine projects including screening the effectiveness of Chinese products for swine, in house trials for registration and marketing of innovative DNP-ANH products;
3) To collect and generate new swine concepts by combining the research progress with the local market environment.
4) To review available literature and patent activity inChinato identify candidate for future use in swine nutrition and / or health. As such support new products to meet ANH China growth goals.
5) To work as assistant Scientific networker to communicate / interact / collaborate with Chinese academia, the swine scientists of the Research Center ANH in Village-Neuf and China ANH marketing team in the field of animal nutrition & health.
6) To contact with Europe andChinaANH technical team to progress towards application studies. Initiate and supervise such trials in collaboration with the respective functions.
7) To provide scientific support for registration and launch activities. Together with DSM Regulatory team (Chinaand Global), have input regarding the regulatory environment in ANH China. Support the preparation of future commercialisation.

To support the establishment of a state-of-art ANH R&D center (focusing on lab portion)
Requirements：
1. PhD inSwine Nutritionfrom leading agricultural universities
2. Familiarity with the leading universities and research institutes inanimal nutrition
3. Fluency in English communication, including reading, writing and oral communication
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency at using statistical software
6. Scientist with experience in the field of swine nutrition and health or related fields.
7. Experience for credible interaction with top academia would be an advantage.
8. Study abroad experience major in swine nutrition inUSAor EU would be advantage.
9. R&D experience in MNC would be an advantage
