四川农业大学动物营养研究所实验室简介

四川农业大学动物营养研究所实验室依托动物营养与饲料科学国家重点学科,动物抗病营养教育部、农业部、四川省重点实验室以及鱼类营养与安全生产“牛低碳养殖与安全生产”四川省高校重点实验室,动物类国家级实验教学示范中心动物抗病营养生物技术教育部工程中心四川省饲料工程中心等学科平台。在198920012007年先后三次被评为国家重点学科。研究所实验室分布于成都校区和雅安校区,实验室已形成雅安校区以常规分析、肉蛋品质和能量分析为主体,温江校区以色谱、光谱、分子生物及细胞、微生物分析为主体的格局,设有饲料常规分析室、色谱光谱准备室、样品提取纯化室、色谱分析室、光谱分析室、微生物培养室、分子生物学实验室、高洁净度细胞培养室,虚拟仿真实验室,和猪的营养、禽的营养、水生动物营养、反刍动物营养、饲料资源开发与利用等方向实验室,实验室面积5500余平方米,拥有价值4000余万元的各种现代化仪器设备,单台件10万元以上仪器设备84件,能够满足动物营养、分子营养、抗病营养、饲料安全、畜产品品质等多方面的人才培养和科学研究需要。

仪器种类包含常规分析设备、色谱、光谱、色谱及光谱前处理、生化、微生物及细胞培养设备等。凯氏定氮仪、全自动纤维分析仪、脂肪抽提仪、能量分析仪、肉蛋品质分析等可实现常规营养成分的全自动分析。动物活体取样系统、GPC凝胶净化系统、微波消解系统等一批前处理设备可准确高效进行色谱、光谱仪器的样品前处理。气相色谱、液相色谱、超高效液相色谱、液相色谱质谱连用、氨基酸自动分析仪等色谱质谱仪器可进行饲料中维生素、霉菌毒素、三聚氰胺、水解氨基酸、含硫氨基酸、游离氨基酸、氨基酸代谢物、脂肪酸、温室气体及其他营养物质和有毒有害物质的定性定量测定。连续光源原子吸收光谱、近红外、荧光分光光度计、紫外等光谱可进行微量元素及重金属、饲料原料掺假鉴别、饲料中不同成分数据库建立,紫外及荧光扫描等项目分析。生化分析仪及微粒子化学发光仪、微生物药敏鉴定系统可完成动物血液生化指标、抗氧化指标、生长激素等相关指标,革兰氏阴性、阳性菌鉴定及部分抗生素耐药性研究等任务。活细胞工作站、荧光倒置显微镜、流式细胞仪等可进行细胞凋亡、增值及细胞其他领域研究。

实验室的职能是为人才培养和科学研究提供实验条件,进行科研样品分析,并为社会提供检测服务。本实验室现有专职人员5名,硕士。全面负责实验室管理、精密仪器操作、培训,指导研究生实验工作。承担研究生《仪器分析》《饲料加工及检测技术》,本科生《动物营养学》《饲料学》等课程的实验教学任务,可进行实验项目实训和虚拟仿真教学。实验室建立了完善的管理制度,和共享网络平台,已全面对外开放,实现资源共享。

The laboratory of animal nutrition institute(ANI)was animal nutrition and feed science national key discipline,key laboratory for animal disease-resistance nutrition of china ministry of education and china ministry of agriculture and sichuan province, and was national experimental teaching demonstration center of animal science,sichuan provincial university key laboratory of fish nutrition and safety production and low carbon culture and safety production in cattle. The lab was engineering research center for animal disease-resistance nutrition of china ministry of education and Sichuan province.

The laboratory of ANI located in Chengdu and Ya’an campus. The main function  ofYa'an campus was conventionalcomposition analysis, meat quality and energy analysis, the main function of Chengdu campus was chromatography, spectrometry, molecular biology and cell, microbial analysis.The laboratory includes feed conventional composition analysis lab, pre-procession and extractionlab, chromatographic analysis lab, spectrum analysis lab, microbiological lab, molecular biology lab, cells culture lab, virtual simulation laboratory, and the pig nutrition, poultry nutrition, aquatic animal nutrition, ruminant nutrition and feed science laboratory. Laboratory area covers 5,500 square meters. The lab was equipped with more than 40 million RMB modern research apparatus.The apparatus number that the value of Single equipment was more than 100 thousand yuanwas84.Such research condition could fulfill the requirement of personnel training and scientific research within the animal nutrition, molecular nutrition, disease-resistant nutrition, feed safety, animal products and other aspects.

Automatic Kieldahl Apparatus,Automatic Fiber Analyzer,Fat Analyzer,Oxygen Bomb Calorimeter,Texture Analyzer,Egg Multitestercan realize automatic analysis of conventional nutrients.Animal Biopsy System,GPC gel purification system,Microwave Digestion Instrument,Preparative Chromatography and so on a number of pretreatment equipment can be accurate and efficient chromatography, spectral instrument sample pretreatment.The qualitative and quantitative determination of feed vitamins, mycotoxins, melamine, amino acid hydrolysis, sulfur-containing amino acid, free amino acid, amino acid metabolism, fatty acid, greenhouse gases and other nutrients and toxic and harmful substancescan be performed withGas chromatography, liquid chromatography, super high performance liquid phase chromatography, Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometer,Automatic Amino-acid Analyzer.trace elements and heavy metals analysis, feed raw material identification of adulteration, feed database establishmentUV Vis and fluorescence scanning project analysiscan be performed withAtomic Absorption Spectrometry, Near-infrared Spectrometer,Fluorospectrophotometer,Ultraviolet spectrophotometer. Automatic Biochemical Analyzerand Immunoassay System, Microbial Pathogen Susceptibility Identification Systemcan complete analysis tasks such as animal blood biochemical indices and antioxidant indexes, growth hormone and other related indicators, gram negative, positive bacteria identification and antibiotic resistance.Cell apoptosis, proliferation and other areas of the cell were studied by Cell Culture System, Inversed Fluorescent Microscope,FlowCytometry.

The function of the laboratory is to provide experimental conditions for personnel training and scientific research, to carry out scientific research sample analysis, and also provide detection service for industries. The laboratory has 5 full-time staff, master. Overall responsible for laboratory management, precision instrument operation, training, and guide the graduate student experimental work. To undertake the experimental teaching tasks of "instrumental analysis", "feed processing and detection technology", "animal nutrition", "feed science" and so on, can carry out experimental project training and virtual simulation teaching. Laboratory established a sound management system, and shared network platform, has been fully open to the outside world to achieve resource sharing.
